We do not accept returns. We do not offer refunds.
If an item is defective, reach out directly for possible replacement.

Shipping hours: Orders placed by 12pm EST are shipped NEXT DAY (business days only).
Orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped the in 2 business days.
Purchases made on the weekend/holiday will be shipped the first business day (Monday).
Shipping via USPS Delivery time: 3-7 business days
Pick-up is available Wednesday-Saturday from 10am-4pm

When your item(s) has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order, from which you can check the status of shipment via Usps.com/tracking.

The email address you provide for order processing, will be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.

All major credit cards. PayPal. Exact cash for in-person purchases. SAME DAY PICK-UP IS AVAILABLE DAILY ON ALL ITEMS. (Purchase must still be made ONLINE).
